Warranty Coverage
- All product keys purchased from gamers-outlet.co/ come with a 30-day activation warranty.
- The warranty covers keys that are defective, invalid, or do not activate as intended.
- If a key fails under normal use during the warranty period, we will provide a replacement key or a refund at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
- Keys that have already been activated successfully
- Damage or issues caused by misuse, sharing, or attempting to modify the key
- Keys purchased from unauthorized sellers outside of gamers-outlet.co/
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Email support@gamers-outlet.co with your order number, product key details, and a description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Screenshots, error messages, or other proof may be requested to verify the defect.
- Resolution: After verification, we will issue a replacement key or refund according to the warranty terms.
Note: Since these are digital products, returns of physical items are not required.
Warranty Period
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase/delivery of the key.
- Replacement keys are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Legal Rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
